Services Crown Heights Clean LLC provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services. All services will be performed by trained staff according to the scope agreed upon during booking. 2. Bookings and Cancellations Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone or email. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24/hours in advance. Late cancellations would incur a $75 fee. Once our cleaners show up to premises and services are no longer required; full service charges will result. 3. Pricing and Payments Prices are based on the size, condition and type of the property. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed at time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards as well as Cash. 4. Satisfaction Guaranteed If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must ensure access to the property on the day of service. We are not responsible for damages due to pre-existing conditions or improper installation of fixtures. Valuables and fragile items should be secured prior to service. 6. Liability While we take great care in delivering our services, Crown Heights Clean LLC is not liable for: Damage or loss resulting from faulty client equipment or materials. Allergic reactions to cleaning products unless notified in advance. 7. Use of Website You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access it using unauthorised means.
